DEJE PLATFORM CANCELLATION POLICY
1. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
1.1 DEJE is committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the guidelines for canceling orders placed on the DEJE platform.
2. CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To be eligible for order cancellation, the following conditions must be met:
a) You must request the cancellation of your order within 1hr from the time of order placement.
b) The order must not have already been shipped or fulfilled by the seller. If the order has been shipped or fulfilled, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
3. INITIATING AN ORDER CANCELLATION
3.1 To request the cancellation of an order, please follow these steps:
a) Log in to your DEJE account.
b) Navigate to your order history or profile settings to locate the order you wish to cancel.
c) Click on the "Request Cancellation" or similar button associated with the order.
d) Provide a brief explanation for the cancellation request.
3.2 You will receive a confirmation email or notification once your cancellation request is received.
4. CANCELLATION PROCESSING
4.1 Once your cancellation request is received, our system will automatically review the order's eligibility for cancellation.
4.2 If the order is eligible for cancellation and has not been shipped or fulfilled by the seller, the order will be canceled, and any pre-authorization or charges made to your payment method will be refunded.
4.3 If the order has already been shipped or fulfilled by the seller, it may not be possible to cancel the order. In such cases, you may need to follow our Return Policy for further assistance.
5. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
5.1 Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details on how refunds are issued.
6. EXCEPTIONS
